நமது ஈரோடு கோட்டத்தில் நிலவும் கீழ்கண்ட பல்வேறு பிரச்சனைகளுக்கு நமது ஈரோடு கோட்ட சங்கத்திடம் கேட்டறிந்து 10.06.2019 BIMONTHLY MEETING Subject ஆகவும், தனிப்பட்ட முறையில் PMG ,WR அவர்களுக்கு பல்வேறு கடிதங்கள் மூலமாகவும் வலியுறுத்தி நமது தமிழ் மாநில செயலர்
தோழர். வீரமணி அவர்கள் நடவடிக்கை எடுத்து வருகிறார்... 
1.ஆய்வுக்கு செல்லும் ASP மற்றும் IPOக்கள், SO. மற்றும் HO எழுத்தர்களை  சார்ந்து இருக்காமல்,தத்தம் FINACLE login பயன்படுத்தி balance verification உள்ளிட்ட அறிக்கைகள் பார்த்துக் கொள்ளும் வண்ணம் நமது மேற்கு மண்டல அளவில் ஆணையிட கூறியும்
2.RICT technician பணிகாலத்தை மேலும் சில காலம் நீட்டித்து BO DARPAN கருவிகளின் குறைகளை தீர்க்கும் படியும்
3.ஈரோடு கோட்டத்தில் உள்ள BUILDING பிரச்சனைகளான ஈரோடு HO Toilet/படிக்கட்டு உள்ளிட்டவை, கருங்கல்பாளையம் SO கட்டிடட பணிகள்,மற்ற துறை கட்டிடங்களையும் சரிவர பராமரித்து புது வண்ணம் பூசுவது, கோபி HO கட்டிடத்தை STAFF QUARTERS பகுதிக்கு மாற்றுவது குறித்து.
4. நம்பியூர் SO விற்கு புது GENSET Supply செய்வது குறித்தும், ஈரோடு HO GENSET repair செய்வது குறித்து
கடிதங்கள் அனுப்பி உள்ளனர்..

தோழியர்களே ! தோழர்களே !
கடந்த மார்ச் 2019 மாதத்திற்கு பிறகு மீண்டும் நேற்று 28.05.2019 செவ்வாய்க்கிழமை அன்று நமது கோட்ட நிர்வாகத்துடன் நமது சங்கத்துடனான மாதாந்திர சந்திப்பு நடைபெற்றது.. 
சுமார் 2 மணி நேரத்திற்கும் மேலாக நடைபெற்ற இந்த சந்திப்பில் கோட்ட நிர்வாகத்தின் சார்பில் கோட்ட முதுநிலை கண்காணிப்பாளர்
சுரேக் ரெகுநாதன் மற்றும்  துணை கோட்ட (தலைமையக) கண்காணிப்பாளர் ஜெயசீலன் அவர்களும், நமது NFPE சங்கத்தின் சார்பில் 
ஈரோடு P3 கோட்ட செயலர் தோழர்.N.கார்த்திகேயன், பவானி P3யின் புதிய செயலர் தோழர்.கணேசன் , கோபி P3 கிளையின் செயலர் தோழர் S.கார்த்திகேயன் ,
ஈரோடு கோட்ட P4 செயலர் தோழர் B. சிவகுமார் மற்றும் 
பவானி P4 செயலர் தோழர் .கருப்பண்ணன்  அவர்களும் பங்கேற்று இருந்தனர்...

முதல் கோரிக்கையாக/ஆதங்கமாக நமது சங்கம் சார்பில் மாதாந்திர சந்திப்புகளை ஒவ்வொரு மாதமும் தவறாமல் நடத்தும்படி வலியுறுத்திக் கூறினோம். 

கோட்ட கண்காணிப்பாளர் அவர்களும் தனது (துறை) ரீதியான வெளி பயணங்களால் மாதாந்திர சந்திப்புகள் தவறுவதாகவும் ,இனி வரும் காலங்களில் மாதம் தவறாமல் சங்கத்துடனான சந்திப்பு நடைபெறும் என்றும் உறுதி அளித்துள்ளார்.  

அடுத்ததாக கோட்ட நிர்வாகத்திடம் நமது NFPE சங்கத்தின் சார்பில் நமது சங்க நிர்வாகிகள் கீழ்கண்ட பொருள்களை(pending/new) நிர்வாகத்திடம் மிக தெளிவாகவும், வலுவாகவும் எடுத்துக் கூறினர்..

🚩 *STAFF RELATED ISSUES*
📌 Posting of One PA to Kavindapadi (will be examined)

📌 Posting of APM to Erode HO SB Counter (will be considered )

📌 Frequent Deputation from Class B SOs (Will ensure that the concerned POs function with 1+1 strength atleast for one week per month)

📌 Leaving Grade 1 POs single handed (Hereafter this will be avoided)

📌 Deputing multiple officials when one single handed SPM goes on leave for each day ( will be avoided in upcoming days)

📌 Appeal of Com.Gobinath  regarding RT2019 (Letter forwarded to RO)

📌 Temp.Transfer request of com.Santhanalakshmi (will be forwarded to RO shortly)

📌 Crediting the TP to eligible officials (will be done soon after receipt of request letter from concerned official)

📌 Advance of TA while the official is on official tour like deputation/training (After receiving respective Order,The official can apply for eligible advance in SAP and intimate to concerned/dealing OA to approve the same . Then the advance request will be immediately approved  )

📌 Posting one night chowkidhar (will be considered in upcoming recruitment)

📌 Payment of pending bills like TA/Medical/CEA..(Payment of being made now with the available fund and expecting next fund release by June/july )

📌 Non credit of NPS arrear amount of com.Parameswaran (Will instruct both the accounts branch of Bhavani HO and Erode HO in this regard)

📌 Dress allowance payment to Bhavani com.David, Olagadam com.Duraisamy and DO com.Rajkumar (will be processed)



🚩  *GDS AND BO RELATED ISSUES*
📌 Supply of new SIM card for swapping (Intend have been made, SIM cards are being received and supply to BOs are being made )

📌Supply of Paper roll to BOs for DARPAN device (BO requirement will be accessed and the paper roll will be supplied accordingly)

📌 In many BOs, Substitute Data are not collected (Will instruct concerned SDH and all the substitutes data wi be updated)

📌BPMS are not being granted leave (all the SDHs will be instructed in this regard)

📌 POD cases of GDSs..(Under process)



🚩 *BUILDING RELATED ISSUES*
📌 Return of one additional AC to WTC Karungalpalayam (will be done shortly)

📌 Repair and repainting work of dept.Buildings  like Erode HO, Karungalpalayam SO,etc...(Request have been made to RO civil)

📌 Suspension of SPM quarters in Jambai SO (Under process)

📌 Repainting of Name Board to POs..(will be processed)

📌 Supply of UPS Battery stand and Water Purifier to POs (Supply/installation is being made whenever request is being received)

📌 Repair work to ACin  POSB ATMs in Erode and Bhavani HOs (Request have been sent to RO)

📌 Supply of Genset to Nambiyur SO and repair of Genset at Erode HO (RO have been requested)

📌 Converting one day transit to 2 day transit SOs (will  be examined)

📌 Supply of one Wall Mount fan to Dining hall in Bhavani HO (will be supplied on request from PM Bhavani HO)



🚩 *TECHNOLOGY ORIENTED ISSUES*
📌  Supply of 20 PCs tk Bhavani HO & Its SOs (will be supplied shortly)

📌 Supply of Laser Printer to Bhavani HO (will be supplied on request from PM Bhavani)

📌 Settlement of UPS & UPS batteries in Uthukuli SO, Kanjikovil SO and Kodumudi SO (Batteries will supplied on receipt and repair works will be carried out)

📌 Clearance of all the long pending POS/DOP cash discrepancies,BO cash/Stamp issues (Will be dealt/Cleared by DO SPOC)


🚩 *VIGILANT RELATED*
📌 Instructions to Mail overseers to collect PBs for verification directly from customer instead of BPM/SPMs (All the SDHs and MOs will be suitably instructed)


🚩 *BUSINESS ORIENTED*
📌 Shifting LOGISTICS POSTS unit back to Karungalpalayam SO to get more business (Will be examined.

Sub: Subjects to be discussed in Union Monthly meeting f/m/o May 2019 - reg

The following subjects may please be discussed with our union in this monthly meeting. Also the status of the pending subjects may also be included along with this.

1. It is really disheartening that the monthly meeting with the union representatives are not being conducted on monthly basis. Mostly, it is being conducted approximately once in 3 months only. Due to this practice of our divisional administration, our union is unable to represent the issues face by our members all over the division to the Divisional head directly.  
Hence it is once again requested that assurance may please be given to our union about conducting monthly meeting regularly from June 2019 onwards.

2. Posting/Deputing of one PA to Kavindapadi SO and One APM & PA to SB Counter in Erode HOmanage  to heavy the workload.

3. Deputation of PAs frequently from Class B POs like Avalpundurai SO, SPB Colony SO, Athani SO ,Thindal SO,  etc may please be minimized/avoided since the  administration and vigilant angle work of concerned POs are very much affected.
Instead of them, the LRPAs posted in HOs may please utilised for the same.

4. Most of the POs under our Division are very much affected due to the unplanned/last minute intimated deputation arrangement and uncompleted Facility change issues. Some of the Single handed POs remain dormant due to this facility change issues. Also POs like Erode Collectorate SO , Pallipalayam SO are left with single handed for some days. This practice leads to numerous customer complaints and also distress among our members working in concerned POs. Hence our union request the immediate intervention of Divisional head in this regard and it may kindly be ensured that hereafter there won’t be much issue in staff movement and facility change.

5. It is been a regular practice that the officials ordered for official tour [Training/Deputation] are not provided with proper Advance of  TA. Even if the concerned official applies for the same in Employee Portal, their request was also not properly approved by the divisional administration in time which delays the payment process of Advance to concerned officials.
Hence our union once again requests that necessary and clear order may be mentioned in the Training/deputation order for Advance of  eligible TA and the requests in Employee portal may please be approved in time. Also it is requested that the Concerned Accountant may please be permitted to perform the TA Advance procedure using PA30 for deserving cases.

6. During the movement of RT 2019, most of the officials have been ordered by Divisional administration to join their new PO immediately for administrative reason. Hence the eligible Transit period may please be credited in the leave account of concerned officials immediately.

7. Many BPMs are reporting to their AO that they are not able to avail their leave. Even on emergency situation, they have been asked to perform DAYBEGIN/END in the MCD device by the concerned SDHs. 


8. Hence necessary instructions may be given to all the SDHs under Erode Division to collect the details [including Biometric] of the substitute of their BOs and sanction the required leave to concerned BPM by mapping the respective substitute in MDM Portal.

9. Posting of one night chowkidar in Bhavani HO


10. Due to  the synch issues in SAP server, many POs are manually correcting the daily account figures[of Both SO & BOs]. 
To avoid this practice, The one day Transit SOs[Ex. Gobi south SO] may be converted to 2 day Transit SOs, so that there won’t be much need to manually correct the Account figures.

11. Supply of Genset to Nambiyur SO and Repair works to Genset at Erode HO

12. Suspension of SPM quarters wrt POs like Jambai SO

13. The leakage of 1st floor RMS toilet water over the head of Treasurets have been already reported by our union in our previous meetings. This leakage may pave way to fall of concrete ceiling over the officials working in Treasury Erode HO, May short the power supply running between the HO building and  it may affect the total UPS and Battery setup of Erode HO which is now placed just adjacent to the Treasury Unit.
Hence out union requests either to repair the above said toilet or else close the same until further repair works as it is major threat to the officials working in Erode HO.

14. Supply of around 20 new PCs to Bhavani Ho and its SOs

15. Supply of new Laser printer to Bhavani HO

16. Settlement of UPS and UPS battery issues at Uthukuli SO and Kanjikovil SO.

17. Necessary instructions may be given to all the MOs to collect the PBs [for verification purpose ] randomly from the customer [in person] instead of getting the PBs through concerned BPMs/MDs . The same may please be ensured so as to detect the fraud [if any] more effectively.

18. The AC in the India Post ATM center, Erode HO is not working properly for the past 2 months. Necessary action may please be taken to repair the same to avoid any electric short in the ATM and the cabin.

19. The Pending Bills wrt TA/Medical reimbursement/CEA may plese be paid immediately by seeking necessary fund/advance request to RO.

20. Most of Name board of POs are in faded condition. Hence it is requested that either new board may please be supplied or else re-painting may be done to the concerned name boards.

21. Most of the BPMs are reporting that the Supply of MCD paper roll is not enough for their BO usage. Hence necessary intend may please be called for from concerned SOs and supply the paper roll to BPMs without any delay.



22. Many POs under Erode division are having Many non updated figures in SAP. Due to this technical issue for a long time, the officials used to correct the figures manually Hence it may kindly ensured that necessary action is being taken to settle all the cases related to CSI like reversal of documents, POS/DOP cash issues, etc may be settled in time.

ஈரோடு மாவட்டத்தில் உள்ள மத்திய/மாநில சங்கங்களின் கூட்டமைப்பு சார்பில் மறைந்த தோழர். NG அவர்களின் படத்திறப்பு மற்றும் நினைவஞ்சலி கூட்டம் இன்று 09.05.2019 வியாழக்கிழமை அன்று மாலை 06:20  மணியளவில் ஈரோடு தாலுக்கா அலுவலகத்தில் உள்ள கூடலிங்கம் திடலில் நடைபெற்றது.. 
அதுசமயம் ஈரோடு மாவட்டத்தில் உள்ள அனைத்து மத்திய/மாநில/பொதுத்துறை ஊழியர் சங்க தோழமைகள் திரளாக இந்த கூட்டத்தில் பங்கேற்று தோழர். NG அவர்களின் மறைவிற்கு அஞ்சலி செலுத்தியும், அவரின் உருவ படத்திற்கு மரியாதையும் செலுத்தினர்..

நமது BNSL தோழர். C. பரமசிவம் அவர்கள் ஆரம்ப கால NFPTE  சங்க வரலாற்றில் ஆரம்பித்து, தற்போதைய ஜனவரி 2019 வேலைநிறுத்த பணிகள் வரையான தோழர் NG அவர்களுடனான தொழிற்சங்க பயணத்தை நம்முடன் பகிர்ந்து கொண்டார்..

தோழர்.K.துரைராஜ் அவர்கள் பேசும் போது முதலாளித்துவத்தின் அடக்குமுறைகள் பற்றியும், உழைக்கும் வர்க்கத்தின் பரிதாப நிலை குறித்தும், தொழிற்சங்கத்தின் ஒன்றுபட்ட போராட்டத்தின் முக்கியத்துவத்தை பற்றியும்,Contract labours abolishing act பற்றியும், தோழர். NG உடனான தொழிற்சங்க, வர்க்க இயக்கங்கள் குறித்தும் உரையாற்றினார்..

மேலும் தமிழ்நாடு அரசு ஊழியர் சங்கம்,DREU, insurance பொது ஊழியர் சங்கம்,AIIEA (South), AIIEA (North), BEFI,BSNL ஊழியர் சங்கம்,தமிழ்நாடு ஆரம்ப பள்ளி ஆசிரியர் கூட்டணி ,AIPRPA உள்ளிட்ட பல தொழிற்சங்க நிர்வாகிகள்,தோழமைகள் இந்த நினைவஞ்சலி கூட்டத்தில் பங்கேற்றனர்..

கூட்டம் சுமார் சுமார் இரவு 07.45 மணிவரை நடைபெற்றது.. கூட்டத்தின் நிறைவு பகுதியில் மறைந்த தோழர். NG அவர்களுக்கு மௌன அஞ்சலி செலத்தப்பட்டத

ஈரோடு கோட்ட NFPE P3 சங்கத்தின் முன்னோடிகளான தோழர்கள்.NR, மயில்சாமி,பவானி தோழர்.பச்சையப்பன், ஈரோடு கோட்ட சங்கத்தை சார்ந்த தோழர்கள்  செல்லமுத்து, சுவாமிநாதன்,சக்திவேல், கோபிநாத், அருண்குமார், மணிகண்டன், பிருத்விராஜ், கணபதி,வெள்ளிங்கிரி, பெருந்துறை தோழர். நரசிம்மன் உள்ளிட்ட பல தோழர்கள் பங்கேற்றனர்.

ஈரோடு மாவட்ட அளவில் நமது மறைந்த தோழர். NG அவர்களுக்கு இந்த சிறப்பு மரியாதை கூட்டத்தை நிகழ்த்த ஒத்துழைத்து ஒன்றிணைந்த ஈரோடு மாவட்ட அனைத்து மத்திய, மாநில ,பொதுத்துறை ஊழியர் தொழிற்சங்க கூட்டமைப்பிற்கும் ,Convenor என்ற முறையில் நிகழ்ச்சி ஏற்பாடு செய்த நமது BSNL தோழர். C. பரமசிவம் அவர்களுக்கும் 
நமது ஈரோடு கோட்ட NFPE P3 சங்கத்தின் சார்பாக நெஞ்சம் நிறைந்த நன்றிகளையும், வணக்கங்களையும் தெரிவித்துக் கொள்கிறோம்..
