நமது ஈரோடு கோட்ட நிர்வாகமானது தன்னிச்சையாக கோட்டத்தில் உள்ள அனைவரிடமிருந்து Specimen Signature கேட்டதை அடுத்து நமது ஈரோடு கோட்ட சங்கம், கோட்ட நிர்வாகத்திற்கு கடிதம் அனுப்பி உள்ளது ..

மேலும் இதுகுறித்து நமது மாநில சங்கமும் நமது மேற்கு மண்டல PMG அவர்களுக்கு கடிதம் அனுப்பி உள்ளது...

கோட்ட மற்றும் மாநில சங்கத்தின் கடித நகல்களை அனைவரின் பார்வைக்கும் கீழே பதிவிட்டுளோம்..

Sub: Obtaining signatures and initials of officials under Erode Division- reg
Ref:  SSPOs ltr no.L/Misc/Dlgs dated at Erode the 03.07.2019

With reference to the above cited letter, our Divisional head have directed 
a. The Sr.PM Erode HO
b. The PM Bhavani HO  / Gobi HO
c. The Instructor WTC Karungalpalayam and
d. All SPMs  officials working under Erode Division 
to obtain and forward the below items of all officials /GDS/System Administrators working under Erode Division in a proforma for vigilance purpose. 
(i) Signatures
(ii) Initials
As a well known fact, the signature and other particulars are already available with the service book/PF of concerned officials. Further collecting/preserving  the Signatures and initials of all the officials  in a separate sheet may pave way to any fraudulent activities by anybody in future.
It is also noted that the letter under reference was signed by some other officer in the name of SSPOs designation.


Hence in this regard our Divisional union hereby requests our divisional administration to kindly intimate 
a. whether the contents of the letter was actually approved by the divisional head 
b. the Copy of the dept. / DG /Dte/CO/RO order on whose basis the Signatures and initials have been sought from the officials.
c. the reason that  why the signature /initials have not been sought from the Sub division units under Erode division.
A Line in reply about the action taken is highly solicited.
